Heated Supply-Air and Gas-Interlock Systems
Recent legislation introduced in 2018 stipulates that all kitchen supply-air systems should provide air at a temperature not less than 16°C.
Here at Mechelectric Services we have been busy developing our own heated supply-air (HSA) solutions to better suit the small-to-medium commercial kitchen. We do our best to accommodate the existing installation where we can to avoid costly disruption. Where possible we would install our HSA system as a modular unit which can allow for smaller multiple installations where layout and split ventilation systems can be diffult to overcome.
Working closely with our registered gas engineers, we can supply electronic gas-interlock safety solutions for your needs. These can be based on standard modules or bespoke-built units that can either be incorporated into other control systems or can incorporate other systems within their design which can help to minimise module footprint and maximise space usage.
